The VIEW Wireless App serves as a comprehensive tool for programming Vimar’s connected wiring series through tablets or smartphones, facilitating the creation of the VIEW Wireless smart system locally. Its intuitive interface guides users through straightforward steps, making system setup accessible even for those with limited technical expertise.

This connected system enables intelligent management of lighting, roller shutters, electrical outlets, and scenarios. Devices communicate within a mesh network based on the Bluetooth 5.0 standard, and are installed alongside traditional electro-mechanical one-way switches, push buttons, and two-way switches. Integration with a Bluetooth/Wi-Fi gateway extends connectivity to the Vimar Cloud, allowing seamless interaction with smart speakers, as well as local and remote control via the VIEW APP. The design supports installation in new constructions, renovations, and existing systems, offering a user-friendly approach to upgrading conventional electrical installations with smart functionalities.

System supervision through the VIEW APP provides a unified control platform as part of THE VIEW IoT Smart Systems ecosystem, of which VIEW Wireless is a component. This integration enhances user experience with centralized management capabilities.

Specifically, the VIEW Wireless APP enables:

• Creation of environments and sub-environments;
• Device enrollment, parameter configuration, and assignment within environments;
• Association of wired or radio-based push buttons (battery-free, utilizing EnOcean’s Energy Harvesting technology) to replicate control points or activate scenarios;
• Linkage with the Bluetooth/Wi-Fi gateway;
• Monitoring of mesh network radio coverage;
• System delivery and setup for the administrator user.

The application also offers functionality to convert device communication standards between Bluetooth 5.0 and Zigbee 3.0 (and vice versa), facilitating configuration and direct control via Zigbee hubs and compatible apps.

Access to the app requires authentication using installer credentials generated through the MyVIMAR portal, ensuring secure operation and management.
